Participants will engage in healthy activities that move you from a sedentary lifestyle to an active lifestyle. Health assessments, diabetes screenings and nutrition classes will all be part of this new and life changing program.We will be introducing new fitness classes such as Pilates and Lunchtime Boot Camp.
