The Ingram Center is the perfect setting for business meetings, wedding receptions, holiday parties etc. The facility is handicap accessible, contains a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave and sink) and has wood laminate flooring, tables, chairs, rest rooms, gas heat, and central air conditioning.

Optimist Lodge

Capacity: 100
Optimist Lodge is a rustic setting perfect for casual events of all kinds. This converted barn offers a stage, wood-burning fireplace, restrooms, a sink, counter area, some tables and chairs, two decks and a whole lot of charm! This building is rented seasonally and only on Saturday and Sunday in the summer.

Saturdays (am), 8am-4pm, $50 per hour
Saturdays (pm), 4pm-12am, $75 per hour

Hoover Educare Building

Capacity: 50
The Education building is a former pre-school and works well for meetings and small parties. The building can be divided into two separate rooms, it has a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave and two restrooms.

Sunday-Friday, 8am-10pm, $25 per hour
Saturdays (all day), $50 per hour

Gazebo (2 hours free during Optimist or Ingram rental time)

Capacity: 50 seated
Our Gazebo is surrounded by trees and is a charming setting for outdoor weddings.

Right Angle Cabin

Capacity: 15
The Right Angle Cabin is great for small parties, youth retreats, informal meetings etc. This rustic setting has water, heat, electricity, a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, a dining room, and a front room with a wood-burning fireplace.

Sunday-Friday, 8am-8pm, $25 per hour
Sat & Sun (am), 8am-12pm, $25 per hour
Sat & Sun (pm), 12pm-8pm, $50 per hour
Overnight 8pm-8am 8pm-8amp, $150 extra

Shelter One & Four

Capacity: 150
Shelter One: Our largest shelter features electricity, running water, a large charcoal grill and picnic tables. It is also located near the children's playground and restrooms.
Shelter Four:Our second largest shelter has electricity and picnic tables and is adjacent to an open field, fire circle and the climbing wall.

Rates:

Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm, $20 per hour
Sat and Sun 8am-8pm, $30 per hour

Shelter Two & 3

Capacity: 75
Shelter Two: This shelter has electricity, large charcoal grill and picnic tables and is located near the playground and horseshoe pits.
Shelter Three:This shelter has electricity a large charcoal grill and picnic tables and is also located next to a large open field.

Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm, $20 per hour
Sat and Sun 8am-8pm, $25 per hour

Facility Assistant Fee $10.00 per hour per rental per facility.

Set up/tear down $25 each*

*if your rental requires more chairs than is currently in the building, you will be charged a fee for both set up and tear down for the additional furniture that needs to be moved.


Ingram and Optimist rentals require a $100 (refundable) security deposit.
Educare, Right Angle, and Gazebo rentals require a $50 (refundable) security deposit.
Shelter rentals require a $50 (refundable) security deposit.

A completed contract and 50% of total fee (non-refundable) is necessary to hold any dates longer than one week.

Full amount is due one month before rental.

Non-Profit groups receive a 15% discount on most rentals.

All rentals are a minimum of a 2 hour rental.

YMCA Members receive a 25% Discount.

Weddings held on Saturdays, can include in their package, a flat rate fee of $200.00, for decorating on Friday evening for a maximum of two hours. Parties can choose which two hour time slot they wish to have between the hours of 6pm and 11pm.
